Executive summary
This document
outlines the proposal for ex-utm planning student batch PlannerGizer98 to register an association as well as to develop a
web site for PlannerGizer98. The purpose of the registration of association is to cater PlannerGizer98 activities more efficiently
and to provide services for all members through their web site. The project will be divided into two phases:
1.
Registration of association
2.
development of web site
A protem committee
of 5 personnel has been selected to represent all members to conduct this project.
Registration of association
According to
The Registrar of Society (Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan) an inaugural meeting need to be held on the formation of a society
which is attended by not less than 7 persons and their names recorded in the minutes of the meeting. The formative meeting
must pass the following resolutions:
a.
Agree on the formation of the society.
b.
Approve the name of the society.
c.
Approve the place of business (address) to be registered.
d.
Appoint Members of the Protem Committee for handling the registration
of the society.
e.
Approve the constitution and rules of the society to be registered.
f.
Record the proceedings of the inaugural meeting (minutes of
the meeting) of the society as well as the resolutions as enunciated above.

A strong organization
will be form to manage the society efficiently. Members of the organization will have to spare a little of his/her time for
the society. A good sense of responsibilities is required. This goes to all PlannerGizer98 members. Below is the proposed
